Our Support Workers provide an vital role to people living either in:

• Mental Health
• Care Homes
• Nursing Homes

Some of our clients have acquired brain injuries, learning disabilities, physical disabilities and others have a complex set of needs that may need two or more Support Workers at any one time. The job of the support worker is very closely linked with Healthcare Assistant jobs, Care Assistant jobs and Home Carer jobs.

All our Support workers will have free PMVA (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression), Mandatory Training (Basic Life Support and Moving and Handling Theory and Practicals), Care Certificate Training, Medication Administration Training, PEG Feeding.
